Meredith Clark, MSN, APRN-CNP, FNP-C

Meredith is an accomplished Family Nurse Practitioner with a background in nursing and orthopedics. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Otterbein College, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Mount Carmel College of Nursing. She also earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Ecology from The Ohio State University.

Meredith gained her certification for bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) from the BHRT Academy, which is endorsed by the Menopause Association. Meredith is also certified in the O-shot and P-shot from the Cellular Medicine Association.

Meredith’s journey to BHRT began in her late 30’s. As someone who lives with Multiple Sclerosis, an auto immune disorder, symptoms consistent with hormone changes often mimicked symptoms of her auto immune disease and were consistently overlooked. After navigating conventional medicine, numerous appointments, without success, she turned to a functional approach. Through an individualized approach of nutrition changes, exercise, and supplementation, she experienced improvement across the board.

Meredith can empathize with others through her personal experience. She understands challenges that others may experience along their journey. She is committed to developing a plan that promotes healing, vitality, and balance. She is passionate about advocating for people who have auto immune disorders. Meredith believes in addressing the whole person. This includes biological, spiritual, psychological and social components.

Meredith looks forward to walking beside you on your journey of healing, restoring vitality and balance.
